Order Processing & Production Time
All KickOnSticks products are handmade and produced in small batches. Each order is cut, assembled, and prepared manually, which means fulfillment takes place in a production queue.
Orders typically require 2–3 weeks of production time before a shipping label is created.
During periods of high demand or new product drops, production times may vary slightly depending on order volume.
Once your order reaches the front of the queue and production is completed, it will be packaged and prepared for shipment.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
After your order has completed production and enters the shipping phase, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update within the carrier system.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and carrier rates.
Typical delivery times after shipment:

International: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing

Worldwide Shipping
KickOnSticks proudly ships worldwide so sneaker collectors everywhere can organize and showcase their collections.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
KickOnSticks is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your tracking shows delivered but the package cannot be located, we recommend checking with neighbors or contacting the carrier directly.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout.
KickOnSticks cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered the production queue or shipped.
Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer cannot be replaced or refunded.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
